The Kite Team seeks great listing agents who want to build relationships with warm seller leads. We are looking for someone to meet with seller leads that come from our extensive advertising campaigns. The listing agent needs to be able to share our value proposition, appropriately price and evaluate a home, guide sellers with different options and always put the sellers needs above their own. We are looking for experienced licensed agents who love the relationship building aspect and don’t like the transaction coordination end. We provide contract to close services so you can continue to build more and more relationships and create client’s for life.
You love being in the field helping clients find the perfect house. Your goal is to make them happy with their purchase and create clients for life so you are willing to look for that home, think outside the box to other areas where that home may be, or contact neighbors in areas that your client likes. You are punctual, respectful, ethical, able to work days/evenings/weekends, and willing to take classes on a monthly basis to improve your skills until you are selling over 100 homes a year (yes this is possible for one person to do). We are interested in agents who also speak Spanish in the Chicagoland area.
We handle approximately 90 rental properties a year and are looking for someone with leasing experience to manage and coordinate this aspect of our team. You will list rental properties in the MLS, coordinate all necessary paperwork, screen applicants, coordinate move-ins and handle calls from tenants and landlords. This position does require a real estate license and experience.
Do you love being on the phone? When you make a call or one comes in and you convert them to an appointment is that your favorite part of real estate? Would you love to be able to pass off the rest of the real estate job and just talk to people on the phone all day? This is a licensed position so you will either have a license or get one. Compensation is a salary plus bonus.
Our administrative people are the glue in our organization. They are fun, courteous, helpful, team players who are very efficient with their time and complete tasks quickly. They work very hard, understand their job is never done, fast-paced, are very organized and client friendly. We enjoy a collaborative office environment, don't mind being in the office and working on the computer all day creating marketing materials, posting to websites, collecting data and analyzing it.
Just starting out in real estate and need to make money quickly? Maybe you have seen successful real estate agents make lots of money and you want to do the same you just need more stability than a commission position. This is ideal for someone new to the industry or not able to live on commission. You will show homes to buyers and work with an experienced agent to complete the transaction (paperwork, negotiations, follow-up, etc.). This is great for someone who is outgoing, loves to look at houses, hates paperwork and just doesn’t want to pressure people.
We are looking for someone to be our intermediary with builders. We currently work with 4 of the top builders in Chicagoland and we would like someone who could help us strengthen those relationships and create new one’s for us. The ideal candidate may work or have worked for some of the local builders, be interested in a more flexible schedule, have contacts and relationships with or knowledge of some of the current new home sales associates, can work independently, driven to achieve goals, friendly and thoughtful.
