A Los Angeles native, Paul has lived in the Chicagoland area for over 20 years (Yes he has adjusted to the cold) and enjoys working with clients in all 8 Chicagoland counties.
Prior to launching his Real Estate Career, Paul spent over 20 years curating women’s footwear for a Fortune 500 company. He is an expert negotiator with decades of experience in marketing and customer service. Paul spends his personal time adding to his extensive concert t-shirt collection and attending as many music events (big and small) as he can fit in. He enjoys time with his son and daughters, learning guitar and Spanish, Chicago sports, museums, podcasts, poetry, travel, and all the cultural experiences this great City has to offer. With a love of vintage and repurposing, Paul loves finding old treasures and giving them a new life, from rehabbing old audio, to Mid Century collectibles and furniture. Paul is learning based and thinks that you never stop learning or growing to be the best version of yourself you can be.
Paul is dedicated to collaborating with clients to achieve their goals. He understands that it's not just selling a home, it’s ”your" home and it comes with years and in some cases a lifetime of family, experiences, and memories. He is humbled and honored (and a little bit in disbelief) that he gets to help clients navigate the home selling process. He is diligent in ensuring his clients are priced correctly, marketed, and enjoys making suggestions on minor repairs or updates that will help clients maximize their results in the least amount of time with as little frustration as possible. Paul helped over 120 families successfully navigate the selling of their home in 2021. If there's any way he can help you with the sale process whether this week, next month, or next year, he is always available for a conversation or to help guide you.
“In the deepest sense of the word, a friend is someone who sees more potential in you than you see in yourself; someone who helps you become the best version of yourself”. ~ Adam Grant
