A Chicago native, Carlton brings over 16 years of customer service experience as a Concierge Team Member of The Kite Team. He believes strongly in the importance of building strong personable connections and educating others in making informed decisions. Highly inquisitive, Carlton assesses each individual’s needs and uses his in-depth knowledge to provide excellent service. He attributes his success to active listening and putting clients' needs at the forefront of each interaction. In his free time, Carlton enjoys spending time with his fiance and their two (soon to be three) children sharing new experiences and creating memories.
